Title: Lesson planning and classroom management

Abstract:
Lesson plans are a fundamental part of classroom structure and learning success, but they don’t exist in a vacuum. They also contribute to and are influenced by the way teachers manage their classrooms. The presenters will review the issues in lesson planning and classroom management and discussing ideas for effective lesson planning.
Summary:
Lesson plans are the roadmap of classroom activity. Classroom management is a combination of skills and techniques teachers use to make sure classes run smoothly and that students reach their daily learning goals.This presentation will show lesson planning issues and it will compare the difference between planned lesson and unplanned lesson. The presenter will explain the information on how to create an effective lesson plan and classroom management. The presenter shares his experiences in lesson planning by comparing 2 lessons. There are also teachers who teach classes without a lesson plan. This makes their lessons ineffective. Through this presentation, participants can gain knowledge about how to make the lesson more meaningful with an effective plan.
